Cardio, conditioning and flexibility using free weights, braided resistance tubing, bands. Equipment and mats are provided, or bring your own. Dress in weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. Cancellation only in the case of lightning or severe weather.

75 minute conditioning hike on the forest trails. Braided tubing (provided) for resistance training, and brisk walking, lunges & squats for cardio in-between. Weather permitting, mats provided for core conditioning and stretching to complete your workout.

wellness in the woods
60 minute mindful hike, embracing all of your senses for forest bathing. Reduce stress with a moderate pace on the hiking trails, pausing on a regular basis to smell, feel, listen, and be present among the healing trees and plants nature provides. A moving meditation for all levels.
